Inquisitor Squat Conversion (54mm)

Here are some very poor quality pics of my INQ Squat conversion. The purchase of a digital camera is not far away, so better pics will be posted soon.
It took the following bits:
- A WH Ogryn, from the waist up with the arms and wrists modified.
- Barbaretta's legs, modified
- Sergeant Stone's tabard
- Artemis' Marine Backpack, modified
- Barbaretta's Cyber Mastiff's front legs, modified
- Sundry 40K bits
- Sundry Gundam kit bits
- A bit of etched brass for the strap buckles
- A ribbon of white stuff
- Styrene for the base
- Wire for cables
- Sundry 1:35 scale WWII Allied & Axis equipment accessories (pouches)
- A bit of brass tubing
- A few pieces of pumice for the base
- Plastruct rod for the "lightsaber"
- Paperclip bits for pinning
I tried to go for a Dwarfish look, but didn't beef up the arms.
The legs were spread out into a different stance, and the arms/wrists cut and pinned into different positions. White stuff was used to turn the rope pack straps into "modern" straps. The Inferno-type mining tool/weapon was made from 40K bits, Gundam bits, wire and white stuff. The other weapon is a Gundam beamsaber handle with an acrylic rod inserted into the end of it. The saber is a separate bit that removes for storage (in one of the pictures it slipped forward a little).
The Mastiff legs were grafted on to the top of the marine backpack where the top large vents were located, and the joint covered with 40K Ork shoulder pads. All of the other vents were removed from the backpack. A winch hook was added and covered with half of a flash suppresser from a 40K tank kit. The winch control is a Space 1999 Eagle sans the cockpit and attached with cables to the backpack. The Mastiff legs reach over the shoulders of the mini and are "mining tools" turned Swiss Army knife.
Barbaretta's legs were (obviously!) greatly beefed up with white stuff, but without covering up the armor(?) plates on the front of the knees and thighs. Huge boots come up to just below the knees. In order to reduce the height of the mini, the feet were placed into slight depressions in the custom base.
The head was left as is, but with shoulder-length hair and gathered sideburns added with white stuff. A beard was added to the face and sculpted to lengthen the appearance of the jaw. The beard and sideburns are waist length.
